NumiListing

Privacy Policy

NumiListing privacy policy for coin scans, drafts, and eBay seller connection.

What NumiListing collects

NumiListing collects the information you provide to scan, value, and prepare a coin listing: coin photos or image URLs, scan records, candidate identity selections, listing draft fields, seller disclosures, and eBay connection state. The app may store provider response references so support can review how a draft was produced.

eBay account access

NumiListing uses eBay sign-in for seller authorization. You are sent to eBay to grant access; NumiListing never asks for or stores your eBay password. Refresh tokens are encrypted before persistent storage and used only for seller-approved listing actions.

Market data use

Comparable listing data is requested for the coin you scanned. NumiListing does not scrape eBay pages, bulk-export restricted eBay data, or publish site-wide category averages such as sales volume, completion rates, conversion rates, or seller activity rates.

Provider data

Coin photos, normalized image references, and coin facts may be sent to configured providers for identification, listing copy support, or scan-specific market intelligence. External provider responses are normalized before they are shown in the product.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the workflow, support troubleshooting, and preserve seller review history. You can request deletion of scans, drafts, and connection data by contacting support.

Support contact

Questions, deletion requests, and security concerns can be sent to hello@numilisting.com.
